Occasionally when painting in my studio, I like to explore aerial perspectives that I would never be able to achieve from the ground. I wish I could say I paint these from my customized hot air art ballon studio, but no... these paintings are generally a mix of memories, on the ground reference photos, Google Earth imagery, and occasionally an imaginative twist of perspective.
