Ok, I don't paint graffiti, never have, and not much desire to do so either, but I sure do enjoy when I'm out on the coast looking for subjects to paint and find a wall or some ruins with layers of graffiti all over them. Trying to invoke the various artists' colors and rhythms, as well as the light falling across the painted surfaces in their natural environment adds one of my favorite challenges to the already challenging sport of "plein air" painting. Good times.
