Current Archive: Trial by Fire
When the pandemic hit and the world shut down, and lives were being lost, and livelihoods destroyed, it was like watching the world burn. (And it still is.) These paintings are an effort to see something good in the flames, some hope of life- just like the forest that needs fire to thrive, these paintings are a prayer that we might each find some measure of beauty in the hardships we’re all facing.
