I don’t play piano, but I did buy one with six-figure price tag a few years ago- although to be fair, it did come with an entire house as well. And my daughter fell in love with music because of it, and now my home workshop is regularly filled with her relentless outpourings on those keys. For that I will always be thankful for residential mortgage lenders and the work they do to further the love of music in the world.
